Blank Screen or UX Issues in Sendcoach

If you see a blank screen or something looks off in the Sendcoach interface, it’s usually related to your browser storing an outdated version of the app. Here are two quick fixes you can try:


Option 1: Log out

Log out and log back in. If you can't see the "Log Out" link, you can use this one:


Options 2: Try a Hard Refresh

A hard refresh reloads the page and forces your browser to pull the latest version of Sendcoach.

Step 2: Clear Your Browser Cache

If the hard refresh doesn’t solve the problem, your browser cache may need to be cleared. This resets saved files and ensures Sendcoach loads fresh.

✅ After completing either step, log back into Sendcoach and try again.
