How to Clear Your Cache in Chrome and Safari
Sometimes Sendcoach may not display correctly if your browser is storing an older version of the site. Clearing your cache can usually fix the issue. Below are instructions for both Chrome and Safari.
Clear Cache in Chrome (Desktop)
- Open Chrome.
- In the top right, click the three dots (More menu).
- Hover over More Tools and click Clear browsing data.
- In the pop-up, select the Time range (choose All time for a full reset).
- Make sure Cached images and files is checked.
- Click Clear data.
- Restart Chrome and log back into Sendcoach.
Clear Cache in Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari.
- In the top menu bar, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- At the bottom, check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Close the settings window.
- In the top menu bar, click Develop > Empty Caches.
- Restart Safari and log back into Sendcoach.
✅ Tip: After clearing cache, you may need to re-enter your Sendcoach login.
