How to Do a Hard Refresh (Chrome and Safari)

If Sendcoach isn’t showing the latest updates, a hard refresh can force your browser to reload the newest version of the page. This clears cached files for the page you’re on, without needing to clear your entire cache.

Hard Refresh in Chrome (Desktop)

• Windows/Linux:

  Press Ctrl + Shift + R

  or Ctrl + F5

• Mac:

  Press Command (⌘) + Shift + R

Hard Refresh in Safari (Mac)

1. Open Safari.
2. Hold down Option + Command (⌘) + E to empty the cache.
3. Then press Command (⌘) + R to reload the page.
