How to Log Activities and Notes in Sendcoach

Sendcoach now allows you to log activities and notes so you can keep every detail of your recruiting journey organized. This feature ensures that all communication with schools — whether it happens inside or outside of the platform — is tracked in one place.


What is an Activity?


Activities are any interactions related to your recruiting process. These might include:


  • Calls with a coach
  • Text messages
  • Campus visits
  • ID camps
  • Coach attendance at games

By logging these activities, you can build a complete history of your engagement with each school.


How to Log an Activity


  1. Go to the school account where you want to log an activity.
  2. Click the Log Activity button.

    Choose the type of activity:

    • Call
    • Text
    • Campus Visit
    • ID Camp
    • Coach at Game
  3. Add any relevant notes (optional but recommended).
  4. Click Save.

The activity will now appear in your school’s activity feed and in your pipeline view.


Adding Notes


In addition to activities, you can also log general notes on a school account. Notes are useful for:


  • Sharing updates between parents, student-athletes, and advisors
  • Recording key takeaways from conversations
  • Keeping track of details that don’t fit into a specific activity type

To add a note:


  1. Open the school account.
  2. Select Add Note.
  3. Type your note and click Save.

Notes will be visible in the account feed and tied directly to that school.


Viewing Activities in Your Pipeline


Once logged, activities and notes will appear alongside emails in your pipeline cards. This gives you a complete view of:


  • Outbound emails
  • Inbound emails
  • Logged activities
  • Notes

Your pipeline now reflects the full scope of your recruiting work, making it easier to stay organized and know what’s next.


Tips for Using Activities and Notes


  • Log activities as soon as they happen to avoid forgetting details.
  • Use notes to keep parents, athletes, and advisors aligned.
  • Review your pipeline regularly to spot trends and gaps in outreach.
